- choose either the longor short strap depending on where you are using. Most oftern the short fits the arm or leg versus the long strap for the waist.
- clip the recovery loop pod to the appropriate strap eyelet. The velcro side of the strap faces away from the body and smooth side touches the skin.
-a adjust and fasten the strap so that the recovery loop pod is secure and in place. the pod should be tight enough so that it doesn't slip when moving your body.
- use for 20 minutes and move to a new area that needs relief
