Refund policy
Returns are available within 30 days of invoice payment date in new, sellable, undamaged, unopened condition only . If any product has been returned that shows any evidence of being opened or used , the return will be declined immediately. If there is a issue with the product (defective pump, or an adverse reaction) please make sure to note that in your email as these are handled via the manufacture through us and have a slightly difference process. Clearance items are not eligible for return for any reason and are final sale items.
To return product(s) you must request a return from returns@mytotalskin.com, with the order number and product you whish to return and why your requesting the return. The returns department is open Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm CST. Any returns received without having previously email returns@mytotalskin.com and received a response, will not be approved. Any returns that are sent to TOTALSKIN that do not meet the guidelines stated here are available for return back to the purchaser at the expense of the purchaser.
Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Costs for shipping and packing the return will be at the expense of the purchaser. Shipping charges, packing services, and packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap etc.) for returns are not paid for by TOTALSKIN. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card or payment method used to purchase the returned product. Any promo offers/cash that have been paid for by TOTALSKIN are non-refundable.
TOTALSKIN is only able to accept the return of products purchased through the MYTOTALSKIN.COM website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by TOTALSKIN. TOTALSKIN reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.
TOTALSKIN is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please give us 1-3 business days after we receive your product to review your return request and process. Please note any attempt to dispute a payment during the return process will immediately lock us out of the return and will require a 75 day holding period on all products and funds as the banks do their due diligence. This time is set by the banks and out of the control of TOTALSKIN. Once a dispute has been opened, even calling the bank and cancelling the dispute will not stop the 75 day hold.
Damaged Products: We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please take pictures inside/outside and of the product, save the damaged box, original packaging, and product and contact our customer service department at help@mytotalskin.com, we will do our best to work with you to find a solution with the carrier. Monday–Friday, 9am – 4pm CST. This will require an insurance claim to be processed. Our team can explain more in detail about the claims process. *Note all shipping insurance claims are provided by a third party and are at third party discretion on if and how fast the claims are approved. TOTALSKIN has no control over the claims process.
