TOTALSKIN will process orders with in 2 business days of date of purchase. Orders are processed M-F 9-2pm cst, Any order placed after 2pm cst M-F, will be have an order date of the following day and will be processed within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from the first business day after the weekend/holiday. Weekends are not calculated in shipping times unless UPS Next Day AIR is selected.
TOTALSKIN is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
TOTALSKIN is not responsible for packages that have delayed shipping due to, carrier labor shortages, weather issues, or rerouting instructions given to the carrier or requested by the customer.
TOTALSKIN reserves the right to charge back the original cost of shipping, plus return shipping and handling in the event of a return.
Damaged Products: We apologize if you have received items that may have been damaged during transit. Please save the damaged box and product and contact our customer service department at help@mytotalskin.com, we will do our best to work with you to find a solution. Monday–Friday, 9am – 4pm CST. *Note that products will shift during shipment and items such as cremes , serums, etc. may collect on one side of the container causing the product to look damaged or empty. We will not be able to replace products that have shifted during transit.
* Holidays, weather, and shipping company issues can delay orders both in shipping and order processing. Expect longer leads times during these events.
**Free Shipping is valid within the continental contiguous United States. Excludes Hawaii and Alaska. No international shipping permitted.
